Behold: my first non-Box woodworking adventure, a walnut and mahogany whiskey cabinet with a coopered door that somehow didn’t collapse under its own ambition. These photos capture the glorious highs (the wood grain looks fancy enough to trick you into thinking I knew what I was doing) . I approached this build with equal parts enthusiasm and confusion—like a raccoon handed a set of chisels. The coopered door actually opens, which feels like a small miracle, and the cabinet now stands as proof that even questionable joinery can look respectable under good lighting. Pour yourself a drink, laugh at my mistakes, and enjoy the gallery of a whiskey cabinet and my first attempt at craftsmanship.
